Ross Grand Opening Ross Grand Opening Ross Dress for Less opened its Uptown Station store this morning (Friday March 6th) at 9:15 am, when the store manager cut the ribbon and declared the store officially open. Despite a ’soft’ opening days before, a crowd had been gathering since 8:30 am and on the instruction from Ross’s Regional Manager to “Let’s go shopping!”, the doors were opened and the crowd rushed in.
